This is going to be a short one because we’re in the middle of a few blissful days at Cliveden House (famously linked to the Profumo Affair and a fair bit of political drama), celebrating my mum’s 80th birthday. If you ever get a chance to go – do!
We treated her to a stay here and honestly. it’s been just perfect. One of those rare occasions where everyone slows down a bit, laughs more, and forgets what day it is.
I’ve popped a photo into the blog so you can see where I’m writing this from. I could get dangerously used to this sort of ‘work’ view

Normal service will resume next week, I promise.
I’m in the final stages of pulling together some genuinely exciting trainings and tools and I can’t wait to share them with you.
But I did want to share one small reminder while I’m here.
One of the biggest reasons I bang on about creating an online course or service is this:
your work should fit around your life, not the other way round.
This week has been a little bonkers behind the scenes. Family celebrations and little chance of slipping neatly into a 9–5 rhythm. And yes, the work doesn’t magically disappear.
I’ll still need to catch up, but there’s a difference.
I’m not missing this time….I’m not squeezing work into every spare moment….And I’m not feeling guilty for choosing to be present.
That flexibility is everything to me.
It’s not about never working or pretending life is permanently calm and Instagrammable. It’s about having a business model that bends when we need it to.
That’s what this kind of business can give you when it’s set up properly.
Right. I’ll leave you in peace and get back to birthday cake and family chaos.
Speak properly next week.
