It’s so disheartening.

You’ve done all the hard work.

You send your invoice to your client or customer and then… nothing.

No payment hits your account by the due date.

You email them reminders and ‘Bob’ in accounts fobs you off.

You try asking your client directly to nudge their accounts person (or indeed pay it themselves).

Still no joy.
